Default it has begun...MODS(and my wallet hurts...)

so... i think i went 5 days... but it was bound to happen

-Rear Sway Bar (it matches the absolutely RED! )
-TRD quickshifter... LOVE the shift ****, its definitely quicker, but not as quick as others i've tried on other cars... im happy with it though.
-race pedals... they look awesome,
-Kenwood DDX-7015... The cover doesnt close all the way, but im workin on altering the brackets to make it fit a little deeper... i only need about 1/4-1/2 an inch... any ideas out there???
-20% tint all around and a 5% tint strip on the windshield

let me know what you guys think!!!

(oh btw...2 paint chips....nothing big, but it ____ed me off cuz i've had the car all of 17 days... i was on some pretty bad streets though so hopefully i wont see any more..)

woops...

Looks really nice. Your wheels looks really silver. By the way, A/c on full blast? That hot out there eh?

Overall, nice job.

I like the dvd, looks real clean. Your wheels look really silver to me as well, maybe there is a glare or something? My wheels are darker than that, they could easily be mistaken for black.

Default what state?

I see you live in MD but have a VA temp. tag. Did you get it cheaper in VA?

I live in Ffx county but bought my xA in Waldorf because the processing fee there was $150 less than the cheapest in No. VA

BTW, do you know the local laws for tinting, etc?

yea i think either glare or the flash cuz they're pretty dark... thanks for the comments... i think i decided to do a trd exhaust, but im not 100% sure yet. i mean an exhaust isnt going to give me THAT much hp gains anyway and i dont want to get it too loud

i got in in VA cuz they were the only ones getting a 5spd. rs1.0 in the area... at least of all the ones that i checked.

in MD the law says that 35% is the limit. I got 20 cuz that what i had on my mustang and i never had any problems... im not sure about VA though

I have the trd exhaust and i really like it, its sounds good (not overbearing just a low growl) and it looks clean. Let me know what lowering springs u go with because i am still undecided on that right now.

thanksguys...
pacent, so far:

kenwood:$1100 installed myself
ipod cord: $120
swaybar:$200 including install from dealer
Quickshifter:hmm dont remember exactly.. i think like $230 including install from dealer
tint all around w. w/s: $140

two next thing are like i said the TRD exhaust (about 85% sure) which i'll install myself. i think scionpartpeople.com might have the best price.

and then speakers upgrade. not sure what im going with yet...who has the bazooka??? hows the sound on that? i really like the idea of keeping my trunk in this car... but im just not sure if the bazooka has a big enough thump. what do you guys think???

it's not too bad, but if you've never done it before try and get a friend to help you out just to make sure you're doing stuff right... also... from experience... if you finish and it doesnt work,... dont stress. i'd alway want to kill myselft and think the worst, like i shot the entire electrical system. you probably overlooked some stuff, or you probably busted a few fuses... just stay calm. take your time. you'll get it.

I dont think that the bazooka would have enough thump but i could be wrong. No the rs 1.0 didnt come with trd exhaust, i think the rs 2.0 should as well as the trd lowering springs.
