Get those shocks replaced, happened to mine, and the door was a pain without them, go to the dealer and see what they say..

Default tC Hatch wont stay up

For those who has repaired on their hatch shocks...could you please tell me the cost and the labor total fees?

i saw this lift support else where:
http://www.autopartsbylou.com/lift-s...=mmy&x=23&y=10

Is this a good buy?

Thank you in advance...I am tired of rocking one hand on hatch and one hand on bags...

Replace them yourself. Takes like a maximum of 10 minutes. I did it alone.
That shock says for carbon fiber hatches.
I went to autozone and picked up a set of mighty-lift lift supports to replace my blown hatch shocks. They are really powerful. It basically opens the hatch itself.

Just make sure to give that "first ooomph" by lifting the bottom edge of the hatch and not the hatch garnish...they're known to snap off when too much force is applied.

The hatch privacy cover thing works well as a stick to keep the hatch open.
