2008 Scion TC, white pearl, manual, pioneer stereo system. Im loving it so far, just learned to drive stick this weekend too. I got the car for about 15 thousand dollars used. It has 15k miles on it too. Is that a good deal? Also im having lots of haters tell me that its a chick car. Can i get a hooah from all the male tc drivers out there?

The only car i know of as a "chick car" is a miata.

and 15k is alot for an 08, my 06 only has 17k, but i baby it. (i make the GF chauffeur me)

 

my 07 has 38k but I tend to drive a lot. Good choice for a first car. I love my manual, I also learned to drive a stick on the tc. Hehe I remember at the beginning when it used to die on me or I gave it too much gas... I felt like stabbing myself :emo: but I got better as time passed. What's funny is that everybody says that people hate on their tc and call it a chick's car, but so far I've only heard people say good things about my car

no way man, maybe a new beetle is a chick car but the old air cooled beetles are so sick. you need to see some primed slammed beetles, dirty beetles. ill look for some good pics.

welcome, well i honestly think our car is kinda "girly" until you start modding it. A simple drop and tint will man it up quickly

j/k, and no, a Miata is not a chick car, if anything the tC is more of a chick car than a Miata. Beetle and Jetta on the other hand..................................

 

congrats on your pruchase.

i think you're a bit confused on the year or color of your car though. if it's 08, there is no pearl color. the 07 release series is blizzard pearl, so that might be where you're messing it up.

and 15K miles on an 07 sounds about right with your average american driver.

Hey lets get some pics. But welcome and enjoy the non -chick car. Yea chicks drive it but they drive trucks too. So is a truck a chick car um NOOO! So F the haters. Plus i see more chicks drivin mustangs then guys and i guarantee you would be askin for a fight if you told that to a ford guy. Most of the tC's I see have got guys driven them neways. But count the ratio of females to males on this forum it is definitely not a chick car.
