no the project tc is actually a southern tc member the one who is over the new orleans area chapter.............that i have branched off of.

what major city are u close to?? do u ever travel to go to shows or anything?

I"m about 50 miles south of houston, right by the coast line, i've been to alot of shows in the houston, been to the track in baytown twice.

 

ok thats cool i was pretty much the only scion in my area until this past year they have just seem to have blown up pretty quickly so im hoping to get this club thing going for tcs here in mississippi. u part of any clubs?

 

nah not part of anything, i work shift work so i pretty much would miss everything anyway, i've seen like 2 or 3 scions in a city about 15 miles away, they were pretty nice, but other than that, all the big stuff is in houston.

 

sh*t u could get wit them couple cars and start a chapter of southern tc's urself the good thing bout being in a club is even if u miss stuff in the big city u guys can get together and have cookouts meet at parks the beach, ride together to houston to attend shows and stuff. we have a big show out here in biloxi called scrapin the coast its a two day show people come from all over have u ever heard of it?

 

just curious but whats with starting a new chapter.... why not join the clubs that already exist... from what i see on these forums they all share the same view on the tc....

 

yeah i could do that, dont know, between church, my Fiancee, and working, is there time for anything else haha?

 

really theres only time if u make it im a mom a student i already run one club and im starting the ms chapter of southern tc's and i wrk now im not gonna lie it is alot but i find it worth it in the end.

as far as joing another club is completely up to the individule i find that when u take a group with in the same area that are not part of an excisting group it is easier for them to start there own even if its just 3 cars and they branch off of another club then they will still be family to us they will have there own schedule there own rules and plan there own events like family cookouts meets at the park or car wash and help each other shine um up. now if they lived closer to me or anoter chapter then i would invite them to one of our meets. then if u spread out the chapters u can plan a meet for everyone to get together for a major show. smaller clubs are easier to handle and when u spread out the chapters u have the one main person of each chapter to contact for events.

example me from ms and the new orleans chapter and the baton rouge chapter are all meeting up sunday to attend import face off.
