Help with a built tC

Help with a built tC
I'm in a heap of trouble brought to you by a name that many people here know, Kenny Strickler. I was the first dupee who put up money to help him launch a tuner business. When he moved on to Turbochargers, he took a Silver tC that had my name as cosignor on it to Texas (because I had no way of putting it back together) and he has been paying on it for the last 2 years. It is the '06 Silver tC that has been seen by many people here.
Well, it turns out that he was paying for this out of Turbochargers checking account without the owner's knowledge and now the car is sitting in their garage, I can't make payments on it, and pretty soon, it will get repossessed. The problem is, it has been modified and it is a lease. It has a roll cage in it and a stripped down dash with pushbutton start. Therefore, when it goes back, I am stuck owing probably the full amount of the car (about $9500 is my guess).
I can have clear title to this car. The payoff is around $9400. It has a built motor, but David (Turbochargers) cannot confirm that it has been turned over. I know that it was a screamer and that the motor is basically brand new because the original threw a rod. I am looking for anyone who would want to talk to me about owning this car. I want to try to avoid declaring bankruptcy to get out from under it. My wife and I had just managed to dig out from the ZPI mess when I found out about this on Wednesday.
The car is in Texas. I am in Illinois. So it will be very hard for me to answer many questions, but I can definiely get someone in touch with the people at Turbochargers.
Feel free to email me at dan.hyatt69@gmail.com. I'm only interested in serious inquiries. Anybody wanting more details on the rest of this mess, don't bother.

No kidding. I know that now. Trying to get that business up and running at the time, and it seemed like the right thing to do. I could never imagine that anyone would lack so much ethics that they would do what has been done to me. I now know that people are really capable of anything.

Oh man I have seen the car it is hella sexy. That's a HUGE turbo too. If they don't make you pay for the parts in it i am sure you could sell it. John did however say it does NOT run, and looking at it there is no radiator or front support. The interior is trashed. Wires everwhere, BUT it has a full cage and one seat.

Like everything else, I had no control over what happened to this car. I got rolled out and rolled over and now I'm stuck.
When he went to Houston, I had two choices:
1. Take the car and make the payments
2. Let him take the car and make the payments and get it back together.
