Im rockin 4700k on mine. Pure white and great visibility in my 08 projectors. It looks like the car is factory equipped with hids. Anything above 6000k is just stupid, no visibilty and just looks ridiculously fake.

ok that comment is not true.. I have 8500k and they have great viability.. They just a little more blue then pure white. They look more like day light then anything else.. but visibility is great and i have yet to get highs or pulled over my cops. An I pass about 7 on the way home ever night..
edit. Correction I have 8000k not 8500k just went out on looked at under my hood..

ok cuz i don't want po po poo on my tail. i already got stopped for having yellow headlight bulbs on my old eclipse...douschebag gave me a ticket. and the worst part is, i honestly didn't know it was illegal!!

Im just saying that the color temp that you have is probaly about as bright as the stock halogens. Depending where you live you may not get hassled for them but if they are anything like the 8000k lights in my bike then the headlight housing itself pretty much looks straight up blue with a slight hint of white in there. I need to change the bulbs in the bike but I got the kit for free so I cant complain. I just think the whole blue light thing is dumb but thats just my opinion... My lights look blue and purple all depending at the angle you are lookin at them but thats due to the projectors the light itself is pure white..
