I bought this car a few months ago and one of the bulbs just went out and I'm not sure which headlight color these are I was thinking maybe 8k? Also wondering if since the bulbs are sold In pairs would I have to buy two pairs of bulbs since there are 4 places for bulbs? Thank you

And you only need hid in your low beams.
Buy a pair and replace the low beams, if the color tune is not what you want you have to get another pair.

But normally 6k (white) or 8k (bluish) is normal.

 

I'd just replace the pair of low beam bulbs and not have worry about matching the color of the other side. I also recommend that you don't go higher than 6k in color. Above that, you start losing actual light output, especially when the road is wet.

 

Does the car have HIDs on low and high beam? The tC doesn't come with stock HIDs.
