today i was on my way to work and a ____ing ford f250 pulls out a neighborhood and stops in the road sideways in front of 2 lanes...so every1 around me including me slams on the brakes and tried swirving out the way....half the cars got away by runnin off the road but unfortunately for me i was on the left lane and i had nowhere to go.....left of me was median....right of me was all the other cars braking for their lives....and in front was the truck....my only option was to cut left to avoid slamming into the truck so from going west bound....i cut through the west bound lane trying to get off the road and into the grass, as scarry as it already was....a toyota matrix comes slamming into my **** and sending me into a ditch almost face down on the front...LUCKY FOR ME THE DRIVER OF THE TRUCK DROVE OFF AND ME AND THE LADY WITH THE MATRIX BOTH HAVE TO FIX OUR CARS BY OURSELVES THROUGH OUR INSURANCE COMPANIES.....even though there was witnesses the police couldn't do nething. now its time for the healing..... i think you click profile, click edit images in my gallery, click upload, click browse, find teh image on your puter, select, click upload then use properties and copy/paste with the img tag. i might be wrong.

you'll probably have to resize the file before uploading.

 

Reading your story, it looks like the Matrix is at fault and should be the one to pay to fix YOUR car. The truck was just an "accessory" or something. The truck technically did not have to do with the accident between you and the Matrix. The Matrix should've been far enough behind you not to hit you when you slammed on your brakes. If you hit anything in front of you, you could've been blamed for it since you should've had enough space between you and the car in front of you to stop... *shrug*

You better find out who's matrix it was and tell your insurance. Keep us updated if it is infact her fault and your insurance recognizes that.
