I feel you man! I think poeple who drive tC seem to be afraid to look at the car next to them. Its wierd I see tC on highway 360 in tX everyday and they wont look at me... I guess I'll honk next time.

 

yea, everyone should be honking at each other. includin everyone who drives tauruses, cavaliers, civics.... everyone needs a family. If u honk at me ill probably think ur telling me im doing a bad job at driving, and if im not, ill give u the finger

 

several months ago, a little bit after getting my tc, saw another one in town (bethpage, ny). only one I've seen there since, gave a little honk and a wave, but the chick driving by was too busy talking on her cell phone to even notice. usually give tc's a wave when I see them on the highway. xa/xb get no love.

When I had my CJ-7 it was like an an unwritten code that you waved to another CJ (or even a wrangler). It seems like it should be that way w/ Scions.

 

I think that those damn Xa's and Xb's are rude cuz i think that they are just jealous. They dont even wave!!!

 

Im always hesitant to wave because I think they will look at me like "who is that freak?". I exchange glances with other scions, a quick eye contact.

 

It's wierd that this topic came up cause just the other day coming home from work, I saw a tc and got excited cause it was sorta fixed up like mine. But when I rolled up and gave him that sup! nod, he just dogged me. Maybe its cause I live in LA and peeps are just like that, dunno. Happened on the 10 freeway. But I do agree peeps should acknowledge each other in someway cause we do belong to an exclusive group, the tc fam.

As far as I know I have the only tC in my area.

 

In my town there are maybe 8 tc's but none of them are really hooked up like mine. But most of the time I just get dirty looks from people, mostly girls that just bought the tc hate "oh look that car looks better then my brand new one" so they hate!!
I just beep at two tc's because the owners are pretty cool and they are males.

 

I haven't seen another one since I got mine, but it's only been a couple days. I'd definitely wave or honk to fellow tCers, but all the xA/xB people I've seen have been snobs or old people...goddamn pa/mp area.

wassup w/ xB's? I was heading to the mall yesturday and this BSP xB feels the need that he has to ride my ___. Switch to the right lane to, too slow, back to riding my ___, cuts to the right and then cuts me off. WTF? I get no love from xB's this isn;t the only.

 

I'm telling you jealousy is a sad thing... that why everyone is always f*cking with our cars and haten'... probably because we get all the attention from the females and the guys in the xB's dont

 

I didn't wave to the one other tC i've seen....'cuz it was some old dude looked to serious...didn't even notice i had one.

I probably wouldn't honk. I do look their way to see if they are aware of who is around them. If they look back I give them a thumbs up or peace, something to acknowlege the family.

 

I have a long commute through 50 miles of traffic each way so pardon me if I don't act all jolly n' stuff. I may wave, but there's so many tCs now in LA that it gets old fast.

 

I saw one on the highway and honked to say hi. The guy probably thought I wanted to race and took off.

 

I wont honk as I dont have a car, but I do stare in awe, or nod at the driver.
