So long story short my girlfriend's 09 tc had the hood fly up and crack her windshield. I was looking at the hood hinges which I know the passenger side is broken and am not sure how to get to them. Are they under the top plastic cowl piece that covers the wiper motor or behind the fenders? Any pictures or help would be appreciated.

For What it's Worth, on my 2015 tC Both Hood Hinges
are located on the top behind the fenders on both sides.
