How long did you wait before you got your tC?

I ordered mine on September 24, 2005 and I'm still waiting. The dealer told me supposedly it will come in on November 24 (which is Thanksgiving and they're not open). He's given me so many different dates...and none of them came through. I don't know whether to believe him or not and get my hopes up, again.

 

I had to wait 3 days for them to get mine in. Sparks Toyota.

 

I had to wait a week to get my IIP tC. Coggin Toyota

 

10 days for a special order

 

Three weeks, special order.

 

West coast usually is quicker with special orders. 2 months for FL sounds reasonable.
It sucks that the car comes on Thanksgiving, you gotta wait a extra day.

 

i think i ordered mine august 31 and got it sept 14

 

I ordered mine in August and it's expected to come in December some time...so....5 months?

I'm not getting mine through a dealer, though. My mom works for the company, so it's coming in with all of the company cars ;)

 

...my tC, that is. I kind of have an xA right now, but it's more my mom's car than mine since I'm getting the tC.

 

2 weeks special ordered. Told them if it had more than 5 miles I didnt want it. I got it with 4 miles on the odometer.

 

This is prolly a dumb question, but what do you mean by "special order"?

 

We went to our salesperson, told him exactly what we wanted (color, transmission, accessories) and the salesperson caught the next one they could to give to us.

 

oh and mine came with 2mi on it.

 

They are all special order unless you tell them to give you anything they can get.

 

Ordered mine on Oct 15 and im still waiting. Told me id have it by end of the month. Dealer kept saying it'll be here "next week." Now they say it maybe anothor 3-4. Scion needs to get its act together --

Whoo...I hope that when I order it it won't take forever. I don't want to have it orded a couple of weeks before my birthday, only to find out it will come in 3-4 months.

 

all depends on how many miles you want it to have. You can have it same day if you are willing to take what they have.

 

i waited like 8 days? and i got there with my pops. it had 24 miles. my pops took it for a test drive. =D

 

5 minutes for paperwork, lol. Mine was being pulled off the truck and i said....I'll take that one please. 2 miles on it.
