how many JDM whores are here?

IMO JDM is awesome. But then I prefer a cleaner look over a tacky riced out one. To each his own, ya know. Although it gets a bit excessive when you're paying a few hundred for a JDM tail light that has one less reflector than that of the OEM version.
I would like to be JDM *****, but when im hard up for cash I am forced to go with some replica JDM products.
But then theres the arguement of JDM being the new rice...
Oh, and I agree with the prev post about it being hard for the tC to be JDM.

Anyways, I'm a self-acclaimed JDM *****. I'm not saying that I'm going to convert my car to a RHD with an automatic transmission, column shifter, and bench seats. I just prefer Rays to Motegi, but when it comes down to it, I just pick the highest quality parts that I can find for the best deal.

true, true. but your "riced" modded cars in japan that you speak of are....modded. tuned beasts...they may look ricey with all the sponsers garbage slapped all over. but you know those things are built to run/drift....as opposed to the all too familiar scene over here of an 'all show and no go' tacky honda etc. and i drive a honda. plus I know this is a huge over-generalization.
