Default how to torque the pulley

ok, so i got my agency power crank pulley installed. i work at discount tire company so i had access to an impact gun. once i got the new pulley back on i couldn't find a way to torque the nut that keeps it on the engine block. toyota's torque specs are 135 ft/lbs. anybody able to tell me how to do this?? thanx!

with a torque wrench? if you went to discount tire, they should have one there. they need to torque down the rims after they are done installing the tires...

no, no, no. sorry, guess i didn't explain it all that well... when i take the torque wrench (that we do have and use all the time) and try to turn the nut, the entire pulley as well as the belt and other pulley's begin to turn. it doesn't matter if it's in gear or whether the brake is applied. i need something to hold either the pulley or the belt in place so it can be torqued properly.
