If you truly want "faster" ... your best option is turbo. But don't forget a few things... like handling. Or the driver.

Either way, it sounds like you're going to want to start reading a lot more info since you admit yourself that you don't know where to start.

i got header, s pipe, and intake. It only sound faster, but it isn't.
Turbo is the only was to go. You will need Big money to get turbo, you will need to upgrade the clutch . and might want to get LSD too.
Install, tuning, and getting it repair when things broken will cost an arm and a leg too.

You're not going to get much power for the money you're going to spend. You could do intake, header, s pipe, full exhaust, and even maybe a unichip - but you're going to be spending well over $1000 for all of that (depending on the parts) and maybe end up with 50 whp (very optimistic).

Look around for a used turbo kit (MAKE SURE TO RESEARCH EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED) and you could have 2 or 3 times that for $2k-$3k fairly easily.

Going to have to go with the turbo statement.

read as much as you can..not just on here but try to find any other information (articles, talking to friends that know there stuff, etc..)

I own a book called "maximum boost" (IIRC) and it has a lot of good information in it IMO. Can probably find it at borders/barnes or online.

ok that sounds fairly good....i guess i'll just save a couple of more hundreds and then i'll be able to buy a used turbo kit...i'll do my research but what are some things i should look for in a turbo kit?

things to think of when going turbo.

1. how much power do you want?
2. are you racing or just want a little extra go around your friends?
3. if you are racing, are you going in a straight line or not?
4. how savy are you in repair?
5. do you have access to all of the tools you will need?
6. how much $$$ can you drop now...because chances are you'll need double.

answer these questions then we can help.

#1 Rule is and has always been, DON'T BOOST ON A BUDGET. Bring your wallet and your 401k if you don't have tons of cash just laying around.

Faster = def Turbo, but there's a lot of things you need to take into account before you turbo so I would read up.

one more thing, i think you should start by putting the car back to stock because it will look much cleaner that what you have right now.

I'd say save up for a turbo kit, it'll be well worth the wait. I'd have to also agree on the opinion about purchasing a book called "Maximum Boost", it definitely gives you a good understanding on F/I.

Turbo really seems to be the best bang for your buck. Getting a used kit can save you money now but will end up costing more in the long run, trust me on that one.
