I finally got to pick up my wife's tC today. For those that don't remember... I'm the dude who bought his wife a tC. In the meantime I'm driving my 2001 Honda Civic LX. Yeah, it sucks to be me. Today it snowed and I slid into a curb too. Bleh. I'm going to call my apartment complex people and complain to them that they should salt their roads. Anyway... On to the tC.

It's awesome!!! It's a black sand pearl 5 spd. with no options. Still though... It's awesome. Such a nice car for the money. I drove it with vigor (read my sig. for what I think of the 1000 break-in period) and it was so so nice... Redlines nicely. Strong down low. Accelerates nicely. It's bulky though. I can feel the extra weight compared to my Civic. It's slower in the corners too because of that weight.

I love the interior, I love the exterior. It's a very nice car. I parked it outside after being detailed by the dealer and it snowed today! Oh well, that's what I get this time of year. I'll have to wash it and detail it before I put the big red bow on it. Yeah, I bought a big red bow for it. The keys will be packaged up and under the Christmas tree, along with the brochure.

If you were smart, you would clean up your car and put a bow on it. Then present that to your wife. Of course, you would be keeping the tC. Everybody is now happy.

We live in an apartment complex, so I parked it in the back by a light. It's far enough away so that she can't see it, but it's close enough so that I can keep an eye out for it.

As for the big red bow... It was $8 at a Michael's store. Not bad. It's big enough to look good on the hood.
