^ Some HUGE General thread in the O/T... but that would be like saying we have a tC thread and you could only post pics of your tC in that one.... This is just way too cool and fun had to show the upgrades and the specific kit for the tC guys.

If you want to read 14 pages of when it's coming and such, a bit of various info, you can check it out HERE -

https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...130&highlight=

It's a Radio Shack XMOD Base Kit (50 bucks) with the following XMODS Upgrade Kits...

Lighting Upgrade Kit
Stage 2 Motor Upgrade Kit
Body Kit Upgrade Kit
Performance Tire Upgrade Kit

All together 100 bucks or so for the whole upgraded setup (including the original kit cost)....

and it's surprisingly fast and agile.... the controls are really tune-able for sensitivity and needed performance (More or Less steering throw)/(More or Less Throttle Capability)

Really cool!

If you get the upgraded rechargeable batteries it helps a ton. Goes a little faster and dont wear out as fast. It comes with 2 sets of batteries. It also saves you money in long run.

Do the upgraded tires stay on the rims cuz I have stage 2 motor on mine and the tires just wont stay on.

I use an old R/C glue to keep the tires on my wheels... same as I did with my R/C 10s and such back in the day... it peels off easy enough.

I got one too! I'm setting it up as a drifter car.

Stage 2 Motor Upgrade kit (Set to Drift Gearing)
Drift wheel upgrade

Coming soon:
Suspension upgrade
Body kit
AWD upgrade (maybe)
Lighting upgrade kit

EddNog has one too - he's been playing with the weight balance and suspension... it's kinda bassackwards.

the Rays come with the body kit package...

Also check out sites like this.... There is almost as much stuff you can do to these, as there is our REAL tCs!

http://www.undergroundxmods.com/cata...dcf325db31dc2a

And Speed depends on how much you want to mod them... stock there are like 15 or so... modded, they can get up to 45 or so MPH, some seem to go even faster... But, like our cars, speed comes with a risk of motor burnout and altogether with other supporting mods, AINT CHEAP!
