[quote="10PieceNuggets"]
why why why. we drive tc's you guys. IMO our cars dont deserve high end/custom wheels because they aren't high end cars.
This has to be the most IDIOTIC statement I have heard here. quote]

No. whats idiotic is throwing 3000 dollars into custom rims that you ride around town on and get mud and hit potholes with. I would defend it if your sponsored, attend shows ect. but for a dd??? Naw, invest money into something sustantial. So you are one to tell me thats its okay to put advans on a tc? Cuz that makes you cool? So you can post in neb's thread? Look im just saying how around here its getting to the point that you suck ***** if you put konigs on your car. Its a tc guys. Im sorry. Stop trend following. Baller wheels dont make you baller. TO the OP, its your money, do with it what you please. But dont waste it.

1. Browse these forums for cars that have mods you like.
2. Go out and buy similar/same mods.
3. ????
4. Profit.

Save it for now and invest it once the stock market turns around. You will be glad you didn't blow it on a stupid turbo kit or rims for a tc when you see how much money that $7k can turn into.

Or how about the fact that people want quality rims and most important, rims they like and look good. Personally I like a bunch of Advans, and a few select Volks, so im not allowed to get a rim I like cause of its looks/quality cause I drive a tc? Grow up. I never refer to them as baller wheels. Theres cheap wheels and quality wheels. Theres wheels you like, and wheels you dont. Pick one, and it doesnt matter what car you drive.

Rear Sway Bar, Coilovers, 17x8 or 18x8 wheels, Turbo Toyotas kit.

But in this economy i'd think twice about dropping any coinage on a car, lol.

so basically that idiot saying not to get quality wheels is saying to get cheap wheels because it's just a tc.... Hmm I'd rather trust my tc with quality wheels that won't bend or crack in half while I'm driving with a loved one in the car, you wanna ride around and run over a rock and crack your wheel fine... But arguing that quality wheels aren't worth purchasing is the most IDIOTIC statement I've ever heard.

Btw I have 2 sets of wheels for sale

That may sound good, but if you're getting ANY money back from taxes, that just means you're having too much withheld from your paycheck. $7K?? Holy shiz. You're just letting Uncle Sam hold on to your money, which you could have spent already, earned interest on in a CD, or..........could have lost by investing in the stock market.
