so friday night i was driving home from Disneyland and while i was stuck in traffic, some guy rear-ended me. i made my way to the shoulder and it seemed like he was doing the same, but then when he only had one more lane to change into, the guy took off!!!. i was so ____ed!!! by the time i got my car back into drive and back on the freeway, he was too far to catch up, plus i didnt know how bad my car was and i didnt wanna risk it especially with my girlfriend in the passenger seat.

Damn you shoulda just got out the car first, and just copied down his license plate. Then pulled over sumwhere with him.

 

Damn. Tell your insurance that the car was parked and it was a hit and run. That way it wont be a moving incident and then your insurance shouldnt go up? I think... Im not an expert with insurance and what not so dont quote me on that

i already talked to insurance and i told them the truth and they still said it wasnt my fault and that my premium wont go up, but yeah i ____ed up by moving to the side but i was just a little freaked out and dazed about what had just happened

Did you file a police report? Someone hit my driver side fender while my car was parked and took off. ____ed me off.
I was rear-ended awhile ago, and I chased the kid down. I went to pull over and saw that he was getting into a different lane. HELL NO! When I caught up to him, he had parked his car and was walking towards a store. He saw me quickly pull up behind his car and get out. It was then that he started walking towards me and ask, "Oh, did I hit you?" Yeah. Give me a break. But there was hardly a scratch so I told him not to worry about it.

If it was me, if I ever saw the douche that did that I would smash a crowbar thru his window, and slash his tires. Seeing as how if you ever confronted him at a later point he would deny, deny, deny and you would be SOL.

i called the chp and they told me they could do a report but it wouldnt benefit me much because i didnt get the guys plates. i know for a fact it was a newer ford esplorer that was dark blue so if i ever see this guy driving around my city, hes for sure gonna get a fist in the face

when i saw the frist couple dmg pirctures it didnt look too bad until i saw that you truck couldnt close then i was like ouch sorry too hear about this i hate drivers on the 91 freeway

 

My wreck? It was on a freeway here in Dallas. I didn't get hti by anyone though, just forced out of my lane. Of course the guy didn't stop....and lucky for him too.
