I have a blue scion tc. A very basic model with a manual transmission.

I want to make it look pimp, however I would like some tips on where to start.

I prefer interior before under the hood, but am not opposed to starting under the hood if the price is right.

Just looking for a few tips on where to buy, cost effectiveness, and easy cheap upgrades that aren't so obvious.
