Default I have a question about HID

Im going to order a HID kit ..now, the guy that is going to sell the kit to me offered another one that it includes besides the HID in lows includes another halogen bulb in the ballast.. for the high's, which would be two light bulbs in a single ballast, because he says that if I install HID on lows I am going to lose the high beams . If I put HID in the lows does it will affected my wiring of the high beams?

well I would say if you are buying a kit that reqiers the highs not to be able to work do not buy it......period......

my kit from Mobile HID just plugs in to my harnes for the low beams and my high beams still work like normal......

beware of kits that you have to cut and splice and such as it never ever turns out good......

Most of the kits that I have seen just plug into your factory wires. It takes about 10 minutes to install, and 8.5 minutes of that is spent figuring out where to hide the ballasts. You pull out your stock bulbs, plug the wire into the ballast, and plug the HID bulbs into the other side of the ballast... No rewiring or anything... The lights will still work exactly the same as stock. I'm not sure what the guy you were talking to is going on about.

(stock wires)-->(ballast)-->(HID Bulbs)

u should not be installing ANY HID to ANY Wires in your car. Your using a proper Harness right?

I dont really understand the plug and play kits, They really suck. Do a retro dude.

Or buy a car with OEM hids standard. Im so sick of being blinded by Tc's with hid bulbs in them.
