alright so i here a noise coming from my l/r section of my car seems more of the lines like a strut problem but i need more info i took it apart to put my lowering springs on about 2 months ago and bout 3 days ago i started hearing a noise can someone give me there observation and tell me what they think thanks....

 

When does it thump, like when you go over a bump or slow down and speed up? If so, then it is your strut.

 

Couldn be a spring that's not properly seated?

sway bar mount on the strut is loose very common.
