i love this car.
i've owned audis for the last 10 years. great cars. spent many hours on "audiworld" discussing mods, etc., but saw a tC on the road a while back and spent a month trying to find one like i wanted it. found it and i freakin' love this car. anyway, i'm new here and look forward to reading from the tuners that have gotten this car over 200 hp, (aside from the magical supercharger that will eventually get here).
as a side note, it was a pain the **** to get my flint mica equipped how i wanted it (stock, plus good sound) because all the so cal dealers added the kitchen sink.
(keeping my 1994 audi 2.8 cs 172hp 5 speed to f with)

Welcome from a former german car driver.

i wanted it stock so i could play with it but the so cal dealers were pretty up front that they make squat on a stock car. only one dealer in at least ten said they would sell me a stock car with a six disc, but i had to wait til one came in. the rest added leather, chromed stock wheels (c'mon), yada yada, because of the local demand for the car.
now i get to add what i want, he he.

lol surfcity, that is exactly what happened to me! I owned an audi allroad etc. and hung out on audiworld (what was your id name?). I got sick of the idiot spoiled kids infesting that website. especially off topic.
I saw a tC and thought it was sweet. I like how the tC has little things like the audi had.... up and down windows and the center console has a similar design (minus the dial).
welcome to the club! you are like the 3rd audi convert to enter tC land....

I had an 02 Audi A4 that I traded for my GTO. The tC reminds me a bit of it. Oddly enough it drives very similar from what I remember. tC power doesn't really kick in until about 3000 rpm just like the 1.8T in the A4 I had.
