Car got broken into. If any of you check periodically eBay/craigslist and other scion forums can you keep an eye out for the following items:

- Garmin nuvi 200
- CF lip spoiler
- CF armrest
- Center console as well as HVAC unit (water fall has CF overlay as well as it being painted grey/flint mica)

How did they take the lip spoiler? Isnt it bolted on?

 

naw was with double side 3m tape
they lifted it off with crowbar then yanked it off

You would be surprised what people get away with in parking lots. Before buying our house last year, our apartments got hit twice in as many months. We lived in a very nice, high end complex in a very nice neighborhood. The first time, they left 3 or more cars on blocks to steal thier rims. The second time, they hit cars outside AND inside our parking garage. Left the truck parked next to my tC on blocks. They also hit my older Saturn outside. Busted the trunk lock and stole my subs and amp out of the back. Car is 100% stock other than that, so no clue that it had that setup in the trunk... meaning someone who lived there and had heard it knew to hit it. They didnt seem to hit one car that was not worth getting something out of. Well planned to say the least. And not one person caught them in these sprees at any time.

 

*SIGH* I dunno why ppl do this...at least lift the spoiler off my car gently not with crow bars denting the crap out of my car for no reason
