i need some FeedBack IM SO ____ED RIGHT NOW
ok, heres the deal, about 6 months age, i realized that the Plastic around my 2 front wheels was sagging a little, i dont know why, but it was, it was not really an issue, i said something to toyota awhile ago, and they said they would order the bolts that were missing, never happened, my own Fault, i was in the Uk and LA for work for a good month.
i come back, have my new 18's and Teins H Techs put on, and realize the loose plastic is now a problem, well my wheel rubbed a huge hole in the side of it, and now it has to be re-placed. Toyota is making me PAY FOR IT. its a 70 dollar thing, and i think its messed up, That the car had this drooping problem SOOO long ago, and now that its lowered its my own fault, and i have to pay for it?
im ____ed, what do u think? before i call them and Become a Nasty A** Hole.
i need some feedback from u guys?
am i in the wrong?

Well you should have gotten the plastic thing fixed before you got your springs. Puttin the springs on voided the warranty for your suspension so its your own fault.
I say just pay the 70 dollars, its not that much. Its cheaper then putting your stock springs back on, getting your warranty back, then gettin the job done.

If you find a problem, fix it before pimp the ride.
Now they can blame you for the problem, nothing much you can do unless you want to spend time and effort to call Scion/toyota to report the problem, but I think that's not worth for $70 bucks.

Maybe I am missing what you saying is wrong, but...
It sounds like you are saying the inner fender well plastic is hanging down a bit. If this is the case then my next bet is that some of the push pins or the two screws that work to hold this in place were either lost or broken when installing either a CAI or springs or something similar.
Now, $70 is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. You should be able to find those push pins at just about any parts store, body shop or even the dealer for a few bucks a handful. The two screws that help hold it should be pretty easy to find. Hell, if it is the push pins, pull a couple out from under the rest of the splash gaurd and stick em in there until you can find replacements. It literally takes 2 minutes to pop those back in with your bare hands. Or is the inner fender well plastic broken somehow?
Next, your suspension warrany is not "voided". They still are supposed to cover any issue unless your springs caused it.
Am I off on what you are saying is wrong with the car?

Well sorta, The pins were loose months ago, that Caused it to drop down a little, After putting on my new 18's and Tein h techs, it was now rubbing instead of Hanging, so it rubbed off the pin holes on the side, That lock into the Body, With out the pin holes there anymore, i needed a new one,
but its weird that im paying for it, when it was not fixed the first time i told them about it, the pins were put in, but nothing was resolved, it still hung down a little.
Then it got worse, but at the time, i could do nothing about while i was in another Country, lol im in the wrong for putting the springs on, but it should of been fixed when they fixed it, and it was not
Sooo now do i become a Witch and call Scion? or do i just eat it and chill.

YOUR WARRANTY DOES NOT "VOID"!
The reason they won't pay for it is that it wouldn't have happened if you didn't lower it and add larger wheels. So since non-OEM parts are obviously to blame - the repair/replacement will not be covered under warranty.
THE WARRANTY IS NOT VOID!

I am still confused. The outer edge cannot possibly sag down with those pins in place. They lock in, and dont allow any play at all. The only way it was sagging was if they were completely left out
