Default I need tC advice

When I start my tC in the morning (cold start), the first time that I go from 1st to 2nd gear, there is grinding in the stick. After the 1st time, it drives normally again. Once again, this is only on a cold start. I give the car a minute or 2 to warm up and that is in 90 degree whether to begin with. I have driven a stick shift for a while, so I know how to drive a stick (i.e. I put the clutch down fully). I am thinking that it is because the lubricant hasn't yet lubed the gears well yet. If anybody knows of any solutions, please let me know as the dealer has not been able to help. This is my new '06 tC - I hate grinding the gears!

I had and Rx-7 and in the morning it would do the same thing. One day I put the car into first started driving and when I went to shift into second, I shifted in to neutral and released the clutch, pressed the clutch and then shifted into second. Kinda like double clutching inbetween gears. It seamed to help me.
