I scratched my RS5

Universal black should work because the RS5's are gloss black. It all depends on the extent of the damage. Post a pic and I can help you further. Sorry to hear the shopping cart got the better of you... I hate shopping carts. One day, I'll buy a beater and just smash into as many shopping carts as I can before the cops come

warranty work doesn't cost a penny Scratch-X can make the problem area look worse on a gloss black car. Gloss black shows every blemish but there are methods to minimize them if done properly. Try posting a pic of the damage if you can so I can better help you.

For the mark on the A-Pillar, I'd use the touch up pen or the matchstick trick. Then do some very fine sanding and a high speed polisher after that. As for the mirror, just have a shop respray it if you want it to look decent. It wont cost you that much. You could do it yourself if you are handy with a rattle can. I was thinking long gouging scratch down your door or something horrible. Good luck and PM me if you need any more help.

I say you take it to the dealer. Each dealer has it's own body shop that they use. Since our cars ( I have an RS 5.0 too ) are glossy black it'll show even the smallest imperfection like Rangerryder said. To fix that scratch and have your car look like when you picked it up shouldn't cost much. I think it would be worth it IMO.
BTW what number do you have. I have 851/2000.
