Idea
a k20 swap would cost you probaby in the upward of 15-20k.. You arent just talking a motor swap, you are talking, tranny, fuel managment, axels, hubs, shift linkage, etc. etc...
If you want to do it. more power to you...Id like to see it...
The only similarities that the k20 and our motors have is where the intake runners are placed.. So if you want to do a k20, you might want to consider the srt4 motor and VW motors as well.

If I want power, my Corvette sitting in my garage. I'd rather stick with my mild-mannered, 35 mpg car. NOW, if someone could actually pull off one of these swaps, I would never have anything bad to say about them.

Back in the day, my bro had a V-8 Datsun pickup, a nitrous burning V-8 Vega and this crazy V-8 minitruck that had such a shortened axle it almost looked like it was one long tire in back. Fun, crazy stuff, but not easy and not daily-driver reliability. That minitruck was the xtreme shiznit until he sucked a valve and totalled it... a little too much juice, DOH!
