nah 215/40. Very mild stretch but gets the job done. In the future I may go 215/35 or 205/40.

I had 205/40 on the fronts for my stockies and it gave a good little stretch to clear any rubbing.

Thanks man! $50 store credit... but I couldn't get much for that haha. I ended up asking for some of those fancy engine bay washers, a t shirt, and a lanyard, but they never got back to me on it so idk... I might have a drawing for one of the items to a random person that voted for me in the contest.

I mustered up some courage and swapped my HVAC LEDs to red today, man was I scared but it wasn't bad at all. I got everything done and it all works perfectly.

I'm doing the Gauges as soon as my red translucent vinyl comes in, HVAC is all red with the red/blue temp ****, and my gauges are going to have white numbers, red lines and red everything else, can't wait!

Pics once everything is done!

hey, whats the offset on ur rims? cuz heres the thing. i have tenzo type m(bootleg of what you have, haha) 18x8 +35. with the same tires on em, 215/40. im dropped on tein s-techs right now but im upgrading to tein basics by next week. i read that the 35 offset is supposed to be tucking when its dropped, but whenever i go up a driveway or make a hard turn, my tires rub on the fenders. so, im kinda affraid to go looooowwwww on my basics. i DO NOT wanna roll my fenders cuz i personally think that looks tacky(IMO), so i was thinking new tires, maybe 205/35 so the tires are thinner/skinnier so i can stretch them, more camber, or a combo of both? what do you think?

Well I don't have those wheels anymore, now I'm on 18X8 +48 with 215/40 tires. You get a decent abount of stretch with the 215/40 but I am on a much higher offset than +35. 205/35 would leave you with very little tire, to be safe I think a 215/35 would be perfect with the drop and allow you not to be able to roll your fenders.

Thanks Tyson

Some of you who are my facebook friend may know already, but over this past weekend some IDIOT wasn't paying attention and hit me while I was at a stop sign.

This ____ING STUPID ___ is a guy that used to drive a riced out sunfire, who blew the engine in that and somehow got his hands on a decent condition 240sx. We were all having a get together and somehow he was invited. On the way there of course I was the one he was behind. ____ing idiot wasn't paying attention and messing with his phone.

Thankfully, the damage isn't too bad, I was in neutral when he hit and i rolled forward so I didn't take a lot of damage. My rear bumper is like kinda wavy/creased, and there are like two dents.

I called his insurance today and started the claim, I can't wait to just get this repaired and put it behind me but I am so ____ing ____ed... I took care of my car for two years and kept it in pristine condition, I babied it, and this _______ had to go and ____ all of that up!

Not to mention a big car show is this weekend in Baton Rouge, looks like I'll probably miss that one because if I were to go anyway I'd only be depressed knowing my car is at home because of a retard.

I think I just needed to rant... it was hard to just not beat the ____ out of him after it all happened... but I don't think I'll ever see him around again on a count of most of my buddies are madder at him than I am.

I think I just needed to vent, I have some pics of the damage I'll throw up some time soon.

That's blows. I lol'd at your comment about taking great care of your car for two years before this happened. In today's world, you're very lucky to make it this far without an accident. People are just often stupid. Most people don't see their vehicles they way we do, ya know? To them it's just means of transportation and nothing more. Even though this guy has a 240, he doesn't seem to be too concerned about it if he's texting while driving or whatever.

Good luck, dude. I hope it gets fixed quick.

Thanks guys, I know man it hurts me to look at it Jasper you are exactly right, most people are just like "meh it's a car..."

His insurance sent a lady out yesterday and looked at my car, I should have the papers I need by Friday to take it to my body shop and start getting it fixed. I just can't wait to get it done and put this behind me!

Heard from am mutual friend his car is in bad shape lol, his front reinforcement snapped off, bumper barely hanging on, and his headlights no longer work or go up/down. Sucks but karma I guess.
