Cool, I didn't know you were getting those, I want to see what they look like on FM in real life. I also think these lights are hideous but they look decent on Bryoninscion's white tC. Still wouldn't disgrace my car by putting them on (even though my coworkers say they look "cool").

 

imo, stock, no amber in the lights. but it's your car, your call.

 

Anyone have pics of these lights..at night..in various "modes"? I am surprised it's almost all "stock" as the vote here..I too was considering them but don't know much about them. When does the amber come "on"? I suppose if I end up getting the Azure light blue, these would not look so good though huh?

Thanks for posting that! Hmm...I've heard that the STOCK lights only light up red for 1/3 of the light..probably due to same wiring? Since everyone voted stock...maybe some input on that?

So is amber for the turn signals? I'd love to see pics of BOTH at night..to see the differences..with brakes on/off, turn signals and reverse engaged.

I know it's silly..who looks at the rear of their own car when driving huh?

Yes, the amber is for turn signals. The bottom is a bunch of individually set red LEDs. The center bars are reflectors, but they are lit along the side (car profile).

 

This is a tough one.... ... ... stock.

TYC tails ruin the lines of the car and look so out of place but hey, if you like to be concidered a dork with no taste, by all means.... oh no... :wet burp:

Bottom line with the tail lights is, do you like them enough to drop $300 and face constant ridicule? Unless you completely don't care about the negative comments that you'll surely receive, I would again suggest going stock.

Actually, the TYC Lights look rather nice on a dark colored tC. A guy posted his new '06 NB tC pic with TYC Lights on here and it looked really good. You have a tough choice to make. If you want to be original, go with TYC Lights. If you want to go conservative, go with Stock. Also, if you get some crazy bug up your ****, you can always buy TYC Lights at trdsparks.com later.

 

FM tc with TYC, ;ip spoiler, ground f-x is much better than with stock in my opinion
