those installs are pretty straight forward and easy... if you have a good tool set i think the instructions that come with the parts will be more then enough for you to install it yourself

The dealer would most likely only install TRD parts -

Like mahalzkita28 said, install yourself - neither is that hard to do if you can use a few common tools.

what headers are you refering to? the DC header gives a CEL (check engine light) and will put your car into safe mode. the TC tunerz doesnt give a cell and is the same price but only gives 3-4whp. the weapon r doesnt give a cel, dyno'd at 12whp, but is expensive at 800 bucks... but i dont think they would hurt your car since its just more airflow, now if you were messing with fuel systems, electrical, and chemical then you might wanna worry

I say it would be more beneficial now to save your money until more go-fast carb legal parts are on the market...or

use the money for some nice springs/trd struts, rear lower sway and save for some nice gripping tires (a la falken azenis 225/45 17)

k20 is right..save your money..and wait for a CARB legal header..I'm sure other companies are bound to make a few.
