Default Installed smoked overlay...

what do you guys think?

I'm digg'in it...but was abit concern at first on how well it would blend in with the color. I had to trim the overlay alittle to make it fit perfect. Now I'm just waiting for the smoke tail lamp overlays and the yellow overlays for the headlamps...I'll keep you guyz posted!

It says Flint Mica in his profile.

Looks great. Why yellow overlays for the headlights? I can't see that looking good on a dark car.

Yeah...in the instructions, you are told that minor triming may be need in order for the remove any excess film from around the lens

Here you go hope this helps. Sorry for the confusion in color. Unfortunately it was an overcast day...so I really could get a great shot of the "flakes" in the paint...but yes it is a Flint Mica

If its anything like what I've seen on other european cars, its gonna look sweeeet! :D

I don't know who you order the overlays from, but your gonna need acouple tools to the job done right. You'll need an exacto knife with a new blade, or it won't cut the film nice and smooth. Then you need a blow dryer to heat up the side view and taillight overlays, so that they are abit more effortless when it comes to putting them on. And most of all patience...you got have patience, especially for those large pieces! ...a steady hand also would help! I almost cut right through one of the corners. My wife thought it was funny coming up from behind and scare'n the crap outta me!?!

Good Luck!

Hawkeye I said the say thing...I was skeptical at first, but I saw this phot of a black VW Golf with yellow overlays and I almost s**t in my pants. It looked gude!

Whatcha think now? You have to step outside the box if you wanna set yourself apart from others. Different can sometimes be good!

I assume the overlays apply over the outside of the light so you don't have to take anything apart?

Correct, they're just like vinyl graphic material but clear/smoked/yellow/whatever.

You can visit www.BlueBatMobile.com

Andy runs this operation! Prices are on his website. He has overlays available for the xB too. I haven't seen anything for the xA.

Orders can be taken via email.

Or you can hit-up Jinsu @ wzhappymail@yahoo.com. He has a good selection on colors availabel for the headlight.

Like I said, if you guys wanna see what they look like...I'll keep you posted!

it looks bad ___. i've got 5% tint and the overlays. just need the tail overlays and i'm smoked out completely. once i get them i'll post pics of how great it looks.

http://bluebatmobile.com/ andrew is a nice guy and ships your order out promptly. definately recommend these.
