Default Irishguy's build thread/photo thread: Haters 'Gunna Hate :

NEW PICS ARE NEW! LAST PAGE!

Welp, I am sure most of you have seen me around for the past few months but i haven't made a build thread yet. I decided too tonight since i did a photoshoot last night and got one of the pics back. it was enough to make me wanna show off the ride.

Here is a little background. My name is Kyle and I have only had the car for 3 months... I bought it bone stock and am the second owner (2007 tC) Let me know what you all think!

The day i got it:

within two days i was on here and looking at the classifieds. I picked up a HKS hi-power because i loved the sound note they produce and slapped it on within a week of owning the car. That same week i bought a raceland CAI and put a K&N Filter on it... (no pics of the CAI)

Note the monster truck stance ^^

from there i bought my coil overs and installed them alone. First time doing it and just went for it. This is how it looked right after. (note my fiances filthy 2010 in the background)

That night i ordered a TWM Stage 2 short throw, 8k DDM tunning HID's, New Fogs and Badge-less grills.

Installed the short shifter the day i got it (don't mind the messy car) and installed my new upper grill

I decided i didn't like the stockies enough and bought some new wheels from a friend who needed some cash. They needed new rubber so i picked up some Nitto NeoGens. The wheels are Tork Imagines 18x8.5 et35

And eventually i wanna get new wheels. I really like these, but i am a sucker for white wheels and i want something a little more "full" if that makes sense. Less gap between the spoke maybe a bit more aggressive. But im going to have to run these for a bit since im broke unless i trade them somewhere

I keep saying this, and no one listens lol: shave your fenders. I personally think its easier than hammering. A cheap angle grinder works wonders to your fenders. I used to have massive rubbing (tore up the sidewall of one tire real bad, cant even read the sizing) but now its gone.
Nice car btw!

I am more than likely just going to roll them, im not so sure about taking an angle grinder to my car. hahah

and @ 2009xb right now i am just letting the natural camber do it's thing. We will see where that takes me

A little bit of camber won't hurt, like within 1-2 degrees wouldn't be bad.

Nice looking car, I love that color on the tC.

I would get tint ASAP (30% or darker), and get rid of that hideous antenna.

Not in the front though. It can't, without camber bolts.
