So today the usual car talk occurred in class, and a 2000 Jetta Vr6 Owner called tC's a GIRL CAR!! I know this is a common insult to our cars, but on top of it he said the Jetta is easier/better to mod than the tC. I freaked out and almost fought the kid.

Just thought id get my feelings out ther

 

The majority of tC's I see driving around here are always being driven by a girl.
But I don't think it's a girl car.

 

I'm kinda tired of hearing that the tC is a girl car when it's not. I know how you feel i've heard that before but from people who have old pos civics or something really crappy. Haha Jettas are pretty girly.

 

I've never understood why people find this so insulting. Girls love my car and compliment it often. I don't see the problem lol.

I was insulted by a guy that it was a girl car, but I think it's cuz his girlfriend likes me better hahaha.

Pfffttt... They're just jelous ... Instead of giving complements - they bash... I ran into some jerk on the road with a modded Jetta, it was quick no doubt - but he looked at me and just shook his head like "You don't have a chance" ...

 

2000 Jetta VR6 are pretty decent. Much rather have a GLI but he is right...tCs' are known to attract girls..probably why people consider it to be a girls car. Every girl loves it any who, I much rather have a car that attracts girls then macho men
