Just want to thank you tC owners that have helped out with the Overlay Projects. Response has been overwhelming! I will continue to develop and make Overlays for you guys as long as the interest remains . Full Smoke Taillights are next and will be offered in my Standard 6/10 and Lighter 3/10, as with all my other Overlays ;).

I love the overlays I got from Bat. My car has a unique, sleek look to it. Can't wait for the tail overlays. Thanks Bat! Pictures coming as soon as I get my camera working again.

He has tons of tc pics on his website, go there. The only problem is that every time Bat announces a new overlay I decide to hold off ordering until its out with pics because I know he'll 1-up himself. Seen these in person, good stuff.

That's it! I can't take it anymore!

I'm getting those for my car. I'll hook you up with pics once I get them on.

I know this is stupid but... um... where do you actually purchase the things at?? I'd be interested in clouding my headlights etc.

I was wondering the same thing.

You're in Escambia? I was just there like a week ago. My grandmother lives there and we had to rebuild stuff from the hurricane. You get hit by it?

Oooooh, the back one's look nice. Makes it look different from the tibs. Questions:

For the back overlays, when I step on brakes or turn on my headlights, will it show show through? Do they come in different colors to match the car?

You give discounts if we buy more than a certain amount?

Can these be taken on and off easily or once they're on, they're on forever? Or is it put on once, take off forever?

Pictures of original tC next to overlays will help a lot in making decisions.

Light doesn't show through on the black I tested. I have all colors but Black Cherry. Can be removed but not reapplied. All my Overlays are made from 7 Year High Performance Vinyl, the best stuff!

I skimmed the site. Didn't see anywhere to actually purchase anything lol.

I live in an apartment, so I wasn't worried about losing my house or anything. I DID evacuate because I had just purchased my tC, and I'd be damned if I was going to get it all screwed up after I just got it. Who knows... car could have saved my life lol. Complex did get hit pretty bad. My university just now restarted. Mostly just water damage and bits of what's left of trees all around. I (and everyone I knew) faired very well considering.

Good to know. My grandmother stayed with my aunt in Texas for it. Her neighborhood wasn't too bad, but when we were bringing stuff to the dump, we passed some pretty bad areas.

Hey Bat, you think you can make a reversed SL sticker so it's readable in a rearview mirror? Same dimensions as the original of course. I want to steal Kaeon's idea of having it on the wind deflector, but with one on each side so you can read one if you're looking at my car, and the other if i'm behind you.

How hard are these to install? Does anyone have instructions to post?

From what I understand, you
1. Clean the surface to which you are applying the overlay.
2. Remove the backing from the overlay.
3. Wet the surface you are applying to, as well as the back (sticky side) of the overlay with soapy water.
4. Set overlay carefully in desired location.
5. Smooth out bubbles with a credit card (or similar apparatus).
6. Wait for it to dry or borrow your sister's hair dryer.

At least, I think it's something like that.

Pretty close. Clean surface, peel Overlay from backing. Dip in a soap water solution, apply to surface and postion. Work water and air bubbles out with a soft damp cloth. Use a hair dryer for tricky corners and curves. Finish off with a squeegy .
