You should defiantly repaint that plastic engine cover black or maybe red and paint the heat shield black, it would look a lot better because it would tie into the intake.

 

actually thats my next move im actually going to paint the engine cover ether red or black havent decided yet. as for the heatsheild thats not a bad idea might have to do that.

 

Yea, I did my heat shield and I like it.

 

yea the heatsheild will look good. but im actually thinking about leaving the blue on the engine cover. cause i need to change out the filter on tthe intake caue i need to upgrade the cheap filter anyways. so i figured maybe change out the red tube to black. put on a blue injen filter. should look good.

 

the heatsheild i might do next weekend.

 

well washed her up today, cleaned the wheels and interior figured i would post up some whole body shot of everything done so far. and a current engine shot. heat sheild was going to be paitned but thinking about picking up some headers so might not be painting it so. lmk what you guys think of her so far .

 

What kinda paint did you use on the valve cover? Looks like it's starting to fail on ya. Might want to pick up some high temp rattle paint and redo it.

 

yea i know i used just reg body paint on it. i already knew it was going to fail but painted anyways lol. im thinking about getting a carbon fiber one or just repainting it with the high temp havent decided yet.

as for lowering it anymore i cant go any lower, being in apartments i have huge speedbumps so i wont be able to leave home . so htechs are good for now untill i get coilovers.

and i think i am going carbon fiber engine cover.

as for painting the wheels not to sure yet i havent decided ether a dark blue or black not to sure what i want to do yet.

and a lip kit is def going to be on within the next few months. hoping once installed it wont be destroyed by speedbumps quick lol

 

DO NOT get a cheap racing solution one for like 100 bux, it turned green on me.

ok well i figured i would update my post today. with some new pics. i just got done installing my cf front upper badgless grill. looks awesome. i wish they had the lower to match that would be awesome. but here is a pic i got of it.
