I don't think that car is an RS 1.0 or a 2006. I read that he picked it up in January and it was blue.

 

The car is a 05' and was oringinally blue.

I was asked by Scion to us my tC and jumped at the opportunity.

This was a wicked chance for one of my cars to get massive exposure
nation wide and the billboards are awesome in person...

No $ just exposure, thats all!

 

i wouldn't care if i got paid or not, having my car up on a billboard is more than enough for me. i was just curious that's all.

 

I totally agree and that is why I did it.

Things like this have nothing to do with $, its all about the love of the sport and the exposure helps also!

 

well exposure wouldn't help me none since i'm not sponsored, but i'm sure your sponsors love the idea.

but then it might help me get sponsored so it might help me a lil. lol

For those wondering Neil's tC was picked over the 5axis, maybe its because Neil's is viewed as being streetable, where as the 5axis is viewed as a show car? I don't know.

Now don't go reading into this or misreading what I typed, both tCs are nice, and I wouldn't mind owning either one of them.
