Packed with school stuff, but had time to do a lil mod here and there. On the pursuit to cleanliness...

I did some modification on my cv axles as well. Hopefully it won't prematurely break, but only the guinea pig will know + tell.

for future references to those stretchy people that likes to stretch things, Falken ziex 2xx, 215/40 won't stretch on 10s like Federals. Just a heads up.

Must be a nice tire to stretch and actually get on. Maybe 235/40 or 35 would fit. I got the TBL on Oznium, waited like a month an a half cuz it was on back order...
Been gone for a while SL. School and work has gotten the best of me but luckily I've getting back on track slowly n slowly. I just ordered the HIC roof spoiler from Meng Motorsports and Colgan Bra for my car.
Kinda going the sportier route since this whole flush scene in Cali has like 423823478 Scion tCs that are Flint Mica on Mesh Wheels dropped on RLs/Rokkors. (Not trying to diss Jeremy er Tommy cuz there wheel choices are sick) But I just want to go down a different road since I have full creative ability with my new suspension set up ;D So for those who haven't seen it yet this is how Alexxis sits at the moment...

AIR LIFT COMPANY STRUTS/ACCUAIR MANAGEMENT REVIEW:
I've been looking everywhere for a place that has this exact combination and the only place I can find is ____________. They got their ____ on lock and great customer service when spoken to via email or phone. Anyways, onto the suspension. I give props to the person who said being slammed on coils is the only way to go. This made followers to the thousands hate on air/hydro, influencing many to buy sets upon sets on expensive coils to be slammed at an almost non-functional destructive route. I was one of those people who thought "air ftl", but boy did Air Ride change my ways.
Bilstein struts with cylindrical bags (not donuts), specifically made for our vehicles to be able to adjust at will to w/e height we please for the price of 3 decent coilover sets? Sounds pretty damn good to me. After easy installation and an expensive alignment... the ride was amazing. I couldn't believe what I was missing out on. Absorbs every bump on the road and rebounds like OEM struts. I was able to test the stiffness on the windy roads of Villa Park and for having no springs, it was definitely usable for every day use. Now my mom doesn't have to trip out for me changing oil or trying to lift up my car. Just a second of tshh tshh tshhh and I'm higher than the guy next to me, no pun intended.
From all the praise, there are some cons. 1) You can't drive airred down/tucking rim or else it'll feel like doo doo and you'll be damaging your shocks from bottoming out. 2) Opposite of number 1, if you ride airred up it'll feel like doo and you'll risk blowing your air bags from a large amount of pressure. 3) There's no adjustibility for shock stiffness on the rear struts so if you plan on going autocrossing or mountain driving, you'll definitely be prone to understeer. 4) I'm not sure if you can run camber plates because the strut and bags was one system and unseparable so the max amount of camber you can get in the front with this is -3 to -4 without modification. 5) Well... I don't think there's a 5, but ya.
I got a 5 gallon tank with 2 compressors so I don't have to hear the compressors go on everytime I use it, and currently I'm working on a trunk setup that will accommodate all that with an 8in. L5 and a 300w Kicker amp for "kicks". Overall, I'd rate the system a 9/10 since I got it in December and I had 4 months to test it out. Depending on your preference and uses of your car, I was going for overall comfortability and convenience and I wouldn't go another route... but for some odd reason I'm curious as hell on how a cup kit feels with Stance Coils...

This is what the kit looked like open after arrival

This is how my trunk looks like currently

Old School meets New School

Signed off a "lower than wheel" ticket the day after I installed my air ride

Half of my new winter set up... Waiting on the other two

Thanx Midnight Blue. I'm mainly trying to go for that "stock" look.
Hell ya, Air Ride FTW! Haha thanx, but treasure that single outisde compressor for dual compressors inside the cabin isn't so noise friendly.

***** to the wall man. really like it.
just for the record what is the actual penalty for being too low and what did the cop legit say to you. ive been pulled over for angling around construction and what not before but never actually ticketed for it.

Haha thanx guys. I'm too far from a feature, but thanks for a confidence boost. Speaking about boost...
And ya, I searched it up the night I got ticketed. It's considered illegal if the lowest part of your bumper is lower than the lowest part of your wheel.
The lowest part of my car was the black homedepot lip too... "I even told the chp officer "I can even take off the black lip right now." He didn't let me go haha. Kinda ironic that I got ticketed for it since the lip cost me like 15 bux
oh and on top of that, I got ticketed for tinted license plates, and once checking my driver's license, he fined me for not having an updated address (my fault). So that's 75 buckeroos total!
So for you guys thinking about be being hella flush er slammed, it's a $25 fine for looking good. And pray that they wont get you on stretched tires and unsafe camber

So before I do anything potentially drastic that will improve my engine bay... I've been checking how much mpg I get per fill up...

342.5 miles / 12.5 gallons = ~27.5 mpg - not too bad considering I have a 10inch sub with a big MDF box and 60lbs worth of air ride equipment
I also got this in the mail in the past week

This is how it looked installed

Met up with Jon (Chubbykai) today. I figured we would do a quick photoshoot since my school had some weird field trip to go to about Psychiatry in LA. Freakin scary... but anyways. 2 flint mica tCs on Air Ride with Mesh in Socal were bound to meet someday, so it was great to meet my twin brother from another mother. Try to enjoy these pics because I'm pretty amatuerish with the "vision box".
