so ive been going back and forth on everything i want to do to my tC. but i think i might have it. right now i have a CSM tC with black rims and tint, look in my profile. time to mod, so here we go........... i love orange. enough said... orange calipers (what paint is good to use and a bright orange color? love the 5axis tC's calipers), black top/clear bottom TYC's (WTB), orange interior led's, black/silver or black/orange or silver/orange (undecided) waterfall and dash, black full TBL (WTB), badgeless 06 grille (WTB), paint chrome trim of grille orange (should i? or just black? or leave alone?), silver eyelids, paint scion emblem black, debadge tC logo, and working on a system fo the trunk, maybe just a stealth box or maybe something else, painted orange of course. hows it sound? did i miss anything or is it sounding alright? suggestions would be great, but dont turn this into a hater's thread. LMK whatcha think!

ps- pics are in my pro, and if anyone feels like photoshopping some of this, go ahead!

 

Plans sound good.. in response to the painting around the grill id leave it alone imo.

 

I think you are missing some go to go with the show. There's nothing sexier than a nice engine bay with some power adders.

yeah i think i agree about the grille trim,might be a bit tacky. but to aroddalobster, ill ask him thanks. and to anymeans, maybe ill have some engine pieces painted too..

 

IMO I wouldn't paint the paint the grill trim, waterfall or calipers.

Everything else sounds fine though.

 

how about a turbo with orange piping and orange oil lines. Lol jk. sounds good. I think orange would look odd on a CSM but its ur car.

 

im not sure about the waterfall, deff not doing the grille trim, but will prob do the calipers.... but aroddalobster, i tried to find unit_xero to PM him, but it said there was no user under that name. you sure thats it?

hmmm... idk. i think it looks great on FM and BSP, hmmm i wonder if it would look good on CSM. somebody photoshop it for me! i was gonna go with red calipers, keep the red stock tails, and black out the orange headlight corners, but then if i wanted to do red interior led's i would have to do a gauge and HVAC swap from orange to red... if i kept the orange theme, the gauges and hvac are already orange

Just get a Replace Grill like the Figure, VRD....

Dont like Eyelid idea...Just Bake ur head lights and Paint the Inner housing!!!..Looks way better!

The Dark TBL idea is not good U dont see it lit up in daytime!

ok thats good, ill keep that in mind, lmk if u see any tyc's out there or got any around BlckdOutTC... i think i wanna do the dash/waterfall, but idk what color combo to do? black inside, silver outside? black inside, orange outside? silver and orange? i was only gonna do the dark full TBL to match if i got dark tails. and im just gonna get a badgless 06 oem, much cheaper. maybe ill start a poll thread.... the red theme vs. the orange theme

 

Caliper paint if you do them red you can get at autozone, its like 16 bucks comes with everything and looks great.

 

yeah if i go for the red theme, ill do something like that. anyone know of an orange caliper paint??? i found g2 orange on ebay, but its pretty dark and ugly. i like the 5axis tC's calipers theyre a bright orange

i thought about that. but then id have to do a guage swap and hvac swap cuz they are orange.. i wouldnt have to change the tails, but would have to black out my headlight corner. so idk what im gonna do...
