Step 1: Put one hand on door handle.
Step 2: Put other free hand on silver door pull.
Step 3: Pull the door pull while simultaneously pushing the door handle while still holding onto it.
Step 4: Open to desired width.
Step 5: Step out. One foot first! Obviously that needs to be mentioned because, well...man oh man.
