don't forget in phase 3 to also get a wideband a/f ratio gauge with an 02 sensor...most important with f/i...another recommendation is an EGT gauge...will also aid in showing you if ur running lean
i think your better off doing pahse 4 before phase 3 cause then you won't have to worry about removing the s/c just to put in the headers unless you feel like struggling for quiet a while just to fit the headers and if you plan on putting an oversized pulley your not gonna be able it remove that easy cause supposely the dealer carries that tool to remove the bolt, but yeah GL on your project.

Also, in Phase 4, you list the Injen intake, but it isn't compatible with the supercharger...unless you plan to modify it to fit...
