To get a Repair Manual, you can contact the Materials Distribution Center (MDC) at Telephone: 1-800-622-2033
Hours: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (Pacific Time)

They are pricey though, just so you know.

You can also subscribe to http://techinfo.toyota.comfor the same manuals online.
