Default Looking through Consumer Reports for the tC

I came across the fact that 'Body Intergrity' was scored and rated as low as possible.

This is not including 'Paint' which actually ranked higher.

Does this concern anyone?

Well, after having waxed my tC over the weekend, I noticed that the bumpers and various panels have a lot of flex to them...am I concerned? Not so much. If I get into an accident, I've got a great insurance company and I'm just hoping that the car will do a good job protecting me and any passengers. From the little I've read / seen in regards to such things, the tC seems to fare pretty well in most accidents...

I was thinking more along the lines of every day wear and tear on the structure and underbody. Not how it would hold up in an accident. But I didn't even think of that lol

Funny you should mention... We're discussing that issue in the "Exploding Roof" thread:
