You dealer can not change the code, however it can tell the car to stop responding to that key. You will have to 'relearn' your other keyfob with instructions to only only know and take commands from that key.

By 'relearn' i mean, there is a process in which you can match new keys to your car. To 'relearn' a key just means re-matching your key. Part of the process to relearn, there is a selection of learning JUST that key, Adding that key to the list of other keys, or learning a group of new keys. You will want to 'relearn' the two keys that you have with the selection of learning just those two keys. That was if it gets a message from your other key it will see that its not learned.

The dealor may charge you for this, they like to charge people up the but for keyfob programming. There are websites that list how toyota has their keyfob learn process but I do not know if its the same for Scion.

A friend with a 04 Camry found his and it involved key turning and door opening.
