lowering spring install price?

How much is it for the dealer to install lowering springs? The springs are pretty cheap and I jsut wonder how much labor is at the dealer?

dealers are expensive, find a local shop.

My dealer charged $200 to install the TRD springs, which cost $199 from the same dealer. The labor rate for the install varies greatly from dealer to dealer, so shop around.

call places and find out. Local shop did it for $100.

yeah I was quoted 150 at like a kauffman tire place, just call tire shops they'll do it.

$150 is a reasonable price for a shop... dealerships are normally about $200-ish

unless of course you have a dealership like mine who charges 600 just for the installation.

i got my springs for $180 and the dealer installed them for $175

i was told that going to the local tire shop would void my Warranty. Is that true?

No. Did the dealer tell you this? Stay away from that dealer from now on.

i installed my coilovers in my driveway so all it just cost me was a couple drinks

have you thought about doing the install yourself? you'll learn something and save yourself a ton of money.
