me = moron
Silly me. Guess who left the moonroof open last night (vented, not fully open).
Oh yeah, did I forget to mention it rained?
Fortunately, I had the vinyl cover in place so nothing got inside. But needless to say I was a little disappointed in myself this morning.

I used to have a 4runner and i did the same thing. Not only did it rain it STORMED! The funny thing is... i woke up at like 4am to the sound of the thunder, lightning and dowpour... and said to myself "did i close the sunroof..i'm sure i did". I wasn't about to run outside in my knickers to find out. Sure enough... the next morning i went out and it was wide open. The entire center console was full of water. I pulled everything out, seats and all and hit it with the shop vac. Everything still worked. Lucky.
haha. thats for the reminder. i accidentally left mine open two nights ago. and this morning, it smelled... odd.. but i was late to work and didn't really care. now i recall, it smells like mildew kinda smell. so i just went outside and open the roof, and left a crack in teh window.

My friend accidently left the moonroof open on his eclipse in the rain and in the morning his car was completely flooded!
It never smelled right again! And most of his electronics were shot!
He basically totalled his car from the inside.
