well if you have not made a payment in 2 months,no motor,no hope of a motor, and no money coming in.........
You need to pull off everything that is not stock on the car,put it back to stock as best as yo can,and call them up and tell them to come get it..........
You are so far in a pickle and unless you can get a windfall in the next 14 days basically you are not gonna make it.........hate to say it like that, but been there and it is time to cut the loss..........hopefully you learned how to not treat a car for your next one.

ya buddy, there is nothing you can do but cut your losses and get rid of the car. You have drove yourself into a hole and I wish you the best of luck getting out of it.
Like everyone has said above your better off giving the car in but you wont get the car repod untill after the 90 days and even then if you call them they can help you try to keep the car longer depending on how your account was before your deliquency .
Sorry to sound negative.. but you should not have been building your car and street racing it when you really cant afford the car to begin with. If I recall correctly the current blown motor is number 2 ? So you sort of got yourself in a mess you probably wont be able to get out of easily.
My advice is trying to get the car back to stock if you can. At the same time, try to work something out with the finance company (the worst thing to do is to not contact them at all) so you dont lose it. If you manage not to lose the car, stop modding it until you do both of the above
1) understand more about what you (or whomever you are paying to do it) is modding and how it all works so you stop trashing your car
2) dont mod it if you cant handle paying to repair it along with your payments.
Again, not trying to be mean.

get a second job. even if its something small at a gas station or whatever. that 100 dollars a week you could make working 15 extra hours a week will cover your car payments.
I'm so glad the OP shared his story, as it seems there are many here who might learn from it.
While most people WANT to mod their car, you NEED to take care of life's priorities first. Make sure you have everything you need before attempting to get everything you want. One example would be to save while you're working, so that you have money to live on when you get laid off...including car payments.
Sure it may seem hard, but you can do it. I didn't buy my first new car until I was 30, because I couldn't afford to, as I was still trying to obtain everything I needed first, such as having at least 6 months salary in savings.
Best of luck to those who are learning the hard way, like the OP.

thanks guys i called the bank today and they told me that if i make enough payment to them by 24 of this month then it will be out of repod and that is only 650 but if not then its like 850 but the lady told me that if i was careful enough with the car and hid it from them that i could catch up and send money every week and it will be fine and get out of repod with in a short time as well as if i pay something on it they state they will most likely not take the car as long as i can hurry it up im looking for jobs now i have a total of 4 3 of them in starting this week so lets see what happens.
Thanks for all the advice i have learned my lesson im going to pay the payments catch up and not mod till i have money that is there just for that purpose

ok so if you do get 2 part time jobs on line right now..........you will still be 14 more days out before you get cash in hand.......at best it will be like $350.....then take your regular jobs pay, which you said you missed 2 weeks,so that check is gonna be short........and all in all you have a dead car you are dumping cash into........better off turning it in......take a couple of points on your credit history, which is much less than they will take off if it is repo...........never dump money into a sinking ship......facts are they wil take your car in about 3 weeks, and if you try to hide it from them they will just get a siezure order fromt he courts, and no matter what you do you are screwed, once they repo order you they take your car with all your personal items in it and you get nothing back till you pay 100% of the owed value...........
choose wisely...........
choose wisely...........
coming from someone working at a brank... calling them and talking to them every week giving them your situation is the best thing you can possibly do. calling them that first time was a big first step. but now you just gotta follow up and make sure they know that you're trying your best to get back up to date on the payments.
on the turning in the car thing and just taking the hit... it sounds like a good idea... but since it sounds like your car is kinda effed up... that will really decrease the value of the car. So with that.. if you owe x amount of dollars on your loan, and your car is worth y dollars, x-y=z and you will still owe the bank z dollars on top of that.

Yeah I understand they told me that if I show that I am paying on it they will most likely not take my car. they also told me if I am careful about it then I can save my self I do not want to loose this car even though it has a blown motor I still want to catch up on the payments and fix it. Do you think they will find it in a month? It a buddies house In a garage....
i work for a financial company and we go through these type of repos everyday . the repo people will show up at your house and look for the car . They will look in your neighborhood streets , your places of work , and any family members address they can get. your best bet is leave the car at your friends house have the car covered and take off your license plates front and rear and cover the vin number located on the driver side lower coner of the windshield . make sure your family and family members not to mention where the car is and who your friend is that has the car . They will also call you non stop at any phone numbers your bank provided them with your information. The most time you can buy doing this would be about 2 months .
