Well it was raining pretty hard and i was going on the highway flowing with traffic about 60 mph. Theres a low point on the highway in the fast lane and when it rains a nice size puddle forms. I hit the puddle, felt myself loosing control, so i counter steered but nothing so bam right into the jersey wall and then spun me to my left did a complete 360. then hit the wall a second time. all three air bags deployed. the knee airbag hurt alittle afterwards. I didnt even feel the main airbag. Yes i was wearing my seatbelt. Heres the pics:

yea the radiator is pushed in about 1 or 2 inches along with the support. i didnt think id crash either.......just goes to show you that it could happen it you.......not jynxing anyone.........:D The state tropper said that there was nothing i could do so that made me felt better. ill keep yall updated. o and i have a aftermarket insurence on my policy and they will cover up to a certain dollar amount, just not sure if it applies to my hood.
It was pouring hard the other day (so hard everyone put their emergency signals on) on the highway and everyone slowed down to ~45 MPH, even on the fast lane. Don't mean to bite on your thread but a safe driver is a defensive one. I hope your tC will be back on the road with the rest of us
They say to keep 4 seconds from anything in front... I try to keep at least 2.... this way, I have at least 2 seconds to react to something. Of course, I must be able to see 2 seconds ahead as well for this to work.
always imagine the worst that could happen... here are some interesting tips:
1) I've noticed that deer are more likely to be on right lanes, or come running from the (your) right side, so stay on left lane if possible.
2) One side of the road tends to have more puddles than the other.
3) Never drive next to a truck, esp. when driving under overpasses or short bridges -- yes, I have seen a truck hit an over pass twice. Accelerate or descelerate before overpass.
4) There will be times when braking too hard will cause car to skid, better to have a planned escape and a flat tire than skidding (such as going off the road).
5) Most accidents can be prevented with a 4 second distance... but I admit that is a lot and hard to keep, so just imagine the worst, and what you would do if it happened, every drive, every day, and when something does happen, it will be ALMOST second nature.
Hope you feel better and that this never happens to you again. Did you have GAP insurance?

Would an insurance company have a right to sue the city on your behalf? I have no clue in these legal matters. Were you wearing pants or a long dress when the knee airbags deployed? (As opposed to short shorts or a short skirt) I'm curious if you suffered any rashes or burns or anything.

How would you feel if your car was smashed to pieces, and you didn't even know if it was gonna be totalled, or "attempted repair", and some guy started claiming parts of your car???? I am sure that Gmoney's priorities right now are not who he is selling what parts to...i'm sure it's more along the lines of "My car is really F'd up, and I want to know what is happening with it".
I'm not trying to be a jerk or anything, but that's just not cool. at the very minimum, you should at least ask him first, if he is interested in selling his parts, instead of just claiming you have first buyers rights.

The pic is of Lyndsey Lohan, the chick from Mean Girls, and the upcoming Herbie movie.
