Default My car shakes while accelerating and letting off... please help

I have an 05 manual tc. Mods on the car are lowering springs, short shifter, intake, and axle back exhaust. The problem is when I'm already in gear and acclerating or letting off throttle, the car shakes pretty badly. I've searched but have not found much info. I'm thinking it's the motor mounts but I'm not sure. Any recommendations? Thanks.
