Default my engine!!!

everytime i turn my engine on it makes a noise. and there noise coming out of my muffler too plus like air is coming out of it! but the noise from the engine and muffler stops when i turn my car off.. is this normal and does anyone else have this problem ?

oh man this isnt good i think we should maybe they have a tsb for it or something.

Are you kidding me? All of what you said sound normal. Yes engines make noise when turned on. Yes the noise stops when you turn them off. Yes mufflers make noise too. And yes air actually comes out of them is the craziest thing but that's just how it is.

Sorry for messing up your joke man, I just couldn't believe people were actually falling for it. I'm actually new to this board I don't know much about scion toyota or tC's I hang out mostly at the bmw forums.

i dont hink there suppose to do that . maybe we should all cal scion and complain . it would be nice to get a tsb started on this matter . then we wont all end up with worn tires

That is strange, because I totally have a friend who's riding stock, and yet the more he drives, the bigger the tread gets. I don't have any pictures, but it's totally true. You should check with the dealer for sure.

I have this clock looking thingy with numbers, and it seems the more I drive, the bigger the number gets!!! I'm freakin out, cause what happens when the thing stops counting or runs out of space to continue counting? Will my car stop working, or even worse......... Will it explode? Please help!!!

Wow dude! Make sure you document everything cause my friends brothers second cousin had the exact same thing happen to him too!

There is some strange sh*t happening to these scions with the clock counters, tires going bald, engines making sounds I mean what kind of car is this...who would even consider buying one with SO many problems

I have also heard from a friend that his sister has all these problems with tC, and their mother works in Toyota and she told them that she heard that one scion executive said how his boss told him that he thinks Toyota will recall all of the Scions for the problems they had with all those engines and all the stuff thats reported like everywhere.

oh man and then they can give our money back but i heard they will give us the option of just getting the car fixed and we can have it back with a free supercharger for our problems

fyi deem, no one was falling for it. but I do think my tC has faulty piston return springs...
