If you are on drugs, you can just quit cold turkey, but it is much easier if you put yourself into a position where you can't get them

If one can't get to ScionLife for a while it is much easier not to drop in when bored or whatever.

Dave has ways to contact us when he wants back in, and there are notes in his user file so any of us will know to un-ban him.
